This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Vhoze social media platform and its associated services (collectively, "Vhoze"). By accessing or using Vhoze, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

Here are the Terms of Use for Vhoze in 19 points:

1. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on Vhoze.

2. Account Registration: Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.

3. User Conduct: Use Vhoze for lawful purposes only, and respect other users' rights, privacy, and dignity.

4. Prohibited Content: No posting of harmful, offensive, or explicit content.

5. No Harassment: No harassment, bullying, or threatening of other users.

6. No Spam: No spamming, phishing, or scamming.

7. No Commercial Content: No posting of commercial content without permission.

8. Intellectual Property: Respect the intellectual property rights of others.

9. Content Ownership: You own the content you post, but grant Vhoze a license to display and distribute it.

10. License Grant: Vhoze has a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, modify, and distribute your content.

11. Privacy Policy: Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Use.

13. No Refund: No refund or compensation for terminated accounts.

14. Disclaimer: Vhoze is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

15. Limitation of Liability: We're not liable for damages arising from your use of Vhoze, except as required by law.

16. Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms of Use at any time.

17. Governing Law: These Terms of Use are governed by AJK, Pakistan law.

18. Jurisdiction: Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Vhoze Technology Samahni Bhimber 10040, AJK Pakistan.
